Mark
Mark spent seven years in the Army in the Queens Regiment and Princess of Wales's Royal Regiment – serving in Northern Ireland and Germany. He was part of the the battalion cross country team and still enjoys running off road and over obstacles in his spare time. He became a fitness instructor/personal trainer with a local military fitness organisation in 2016 and took over as park manager 2018. His passion is training others and allowing them to reach their goals and aspirations. He set up Total Outdoor Fitness with Neil so that he could carry on his love of fitness with a military tradition.

Neil
Neil served with the Royal Engineers as a Combat Engineer and spent most of his career in Berlin during the 'Cold War' era. Upon leaving the Army he joined the Prison Service and joined the PE branch to become a qualified Physical Education Instructor delivering a whole variety of sporting activities within the prison environment to both staff and prisoners.
Fitness has been part of Neil's daily life from a young age, through school, the Army and taking ‘Outdoor Fitness’ classes in Tunbridge Wells for over 14 years. He is also known to like the odd hill or two!! |
