MILITARY FITNESS
A combination of all training techniques, from strength to aerobic endurance. We have it all in these sessions and they are always delivered in a fun and challenging way. We encourage team work as well as friendly competition to maximise results and the positive family atmosphere will keep you coming back.

RUNNING CLUB
Focused on improving your running ability with drills, strength, interval and aerobic training. It does not matter what level you are, as the goal of these sessions is to improve your running performance. Whether you’re looking to beat your Park Run PB or start training for your first half marathon, we will be with you every step and stride of the way.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Fundamentally the inclusion of resistance while exercising. Our functional strength sessions will improve body awareness, muscular strength and endurance. We will be utilising body weight and equipment to increase our strength and power. Strength training is proven to increase excess post exercise oxygen consumption- a great way to burn body fat!
